Delivery options

We deliver with Royal Mail. Choose your delivery option when you send us your design, and let us know if you would like to change it before you pay.

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £3.65
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £4.80
• Royal Mail Next Day — £11.95 (when your proof is approved by 12pm)

Need it quickly? If your proof is approved by 12pm (midday), we can offer next-day delivery.

How your order is made

Every slate is made to order. When you send us your design through WhatsApp, we confirm the details with you and send you a proof. Engraving begins once you have approved your proof and payment is confirmed. We then pack your slate carefully and send it with the Royal Mail service you chose.

Delivery times

Delivery times are counted from the day we dispatch your slate. Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 times are Royal Mail’s delivery aims rather than guarantees.

Tracking

Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 are tracked services, and we will share your tracking number with you when your slate is on its way.

Damaged items

Slate is a natural stone and we pack every order carefully. If your slate arrives damaged, please message us as soon as possible with photographs of the item and its packaging so we can help.

Outside the UK

Our delivery options are for UK addresses. If you need delivery outside the UK, please message us before ordering.
